Welcome to my blog!
My name is Jeffrey Neal and I am an Orange County Photographer!

This is where you can see all that I am doing in the world of photography!  On my blog you will find the latest images from all the shoots that I have, information for my clients and any other crazy ideas or projects that I have.

This last Saturday I has the pleasure of being a part of Mandy and Jason's wedding.  I met them both at Dawn and Brian's wedding last year.  The day was just the most absolute perfect day as you can see from the images.  Mandy and Jason had the worlds fastest ceremony with 30 of their closest friends and then had a huge party at Cannon's afterward.  They put a lot of time into the really small meaningful details.  They had three cakes, on main cake with the best cake topper I have seen, them in a tub, and then one for the Cowboys and one for the Packers.  Check these out and enjoy.  Have fun on your honeymoon.

A note to the photographers;

             I am liking the 5D Markii more and more every day I shoot it.

deep, mysterious, sentimental... the black and white shot of the gift exchange behind the bride's veil speaks about the tradition of the wedding ceremony as seen by the bride herself, the most important client in the wedding day. the image illustrates classic wedding photojournalism and will still be celebrated in 50 years. well done, jeffrey.

Ok, I am so excited to post this post.  This week end I had the privilege of shooting Julia and Mario's wedding, who you might remember from the Vegas engagement shoot.  Besides the fact that these two are incredibly good looking they are the greatest people to be around and love each to death.  I was so blessed to have Eleisa from Photogeninc fly down from Minnesota to shoot with me who is one of my favorite second shooters by far, and we have plans to take over the world.

So the day started off in Pasadena at a salon and ended at the Castaway in Burbank.  For E and I it was the first wedding we shot with the new 5D mark ii and I have a post coming tomorrow about what I think about that camera, but anyway.  Julia and Mario were so much fun to work with and I love the images that we got.  I tried to convince them to see each other before but had no luck so we did the portrait session in the dark with my two new LED lights and I love how they turned out.

The day was amazing fun shooting with one of my favorite photographers and Julia and Mario were so much in love that it made our job easy.  Enjoy the images from there day!

This past Saturday I had the absolute pleasure of shooting Kristin and Marks amazing wedding. They were married at St. Johns Episcopal church in RSM and had the reception at Dove Canyon Country Club.  These two have been such a pleasure to get to know.  Mark is a personal trainer and his lovely bride is a lawyer and together they are a perfect couple.  The day went off perfectly as Stephanie Miranda was the coordinator.

This was first portrait session that I did completely in the dark, I have done partially in the dark before but never all in the dark.  I tried to convince them to shoot before the ceremony but I was unable to sway them at all.  Even though I could not convince them I was so happy with how the images turned out and it was a blast getting to play in the dark!

Thank you both for such a great day and I hope you have a blast on your honeymoon!

Jeffrey
